Shipping & Delivery Policy

At our boutique, we believe that acquiring a piece of luxury lighting should be a seamless experience from selection to installation. We take utmost care in packaging and shipping our high-end chandeliers, designer pendants, and bespoke architectural fixtures to ensure they arrive at your residence in pristine condition.

Currently, we exclusively offer secure white-glove and specialized courier delivery services within mainland France and Corsica.

Delivery Options & Pricing

Because our collection features delicate crystal, hand-blown Murano glass, and precision-engineered metal and wood structures, all items are dispatched via specialized fragile-goods carriers. You can choose between two tailored delivery methods at checkout:

• Standard Delivery (3 – 5 business days): €45.00 — Secure ground shipping with professional packaging, tracking, and signature required upon delivery to your doorstep.

• Express Delivery (1 – 2 business days): €95.00 — Priority handling and expedited dispatch. Ideal for time-sensitive interior design projects and urgent installations.

Order Processing & Dispatch

• In-Stock Items: Orders placed before 1:00 PM (CET) on business days are processed and dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after this time or during weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.

• Bespoke & Custom Items: Certain large-scale chandeliers or custom finishes require specialized preparation. Estimated dispatch times for these pieces are indicated on their respective product pages.

Inspection & Upon Delivery

Due to the fragile and high-value nature of our products, our couriers require an adult signature upon receipt. We strongly advise inspecting the outer packaging and, where possible, the contents in the presence of the delivery driver before signing the delivery note. In the rare event of transit damage, please notify our concierge service within 48 hours so we can immediately arrange a replacement or parts dispatch.

Returns & Claims

If you wish to return an item, you may do so within 14 days of receipt, provided the item remains in its original, undamaged packaging and has not been installed. Return shipping costs within France are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
